Throughout the past 10 years of experience, Catalin has been working on projects in the construction industry on markets in Europe and the Middle East.
Catalin was responsible for the development and implementation of interdepartmental processes, aiming at increasing productivity and bringing, each time, clarity and added value to the investment of his customers. His expertise covers areas from design process and project planning to cost, risk and change management.
